Dr Benjamin Lay is an education-focused Lecturer in the School of Accounting, Governance and Regulation at The University of Sydney Business School. Dr Lay has over 10 years of teaching experience across multiple financial accounting and business law units of study. His work in developing teaching approaches to help develop students’ skills and career readiness was recognised in 2023, receiving the University of Sydney Business School Toolbox and Innovators Award and the University of Sydney Educational Innovation Award.
Research Interests: Higher education (accounting), executive remuneration, corporate governance.
